Facilities Services provider to the commercial building industry have opened a brand new office in Melksham and are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of sites in the Wiltshire region.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of engineers; ensure an efficient and productive service is provided to the client.
* Oversee the Electrical side of the contract and work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor, client, and building managers.
* Be hands-on from time to time, while focusing on supervision and delivery of electrical maintenance across commercial sites.
Qualifications
* Qualified Electrician, ideally from a full apprenticeship.
* Experience in planned and reactive maintenance within a commercial environment.
* City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
* AM2 desirable.
* 17th or 18th Edition.
* 2391 Testing and Inspection - desirable.
