Accountabilities (Vendor Finance Manager)
- Analyze financial data and perform invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data and support decision‑making.
- Maintain bookkeeping records and oversee financial processes.
Strategic IT Services Responsibilities (Contextual)
- Develop the strategic direction for IT Services, including implementation of up‑to‑date methodologies and processes.
- Manage the IT Services department, oversee staff performance, and drive departmental goals.
- Maintain relationships with IT Services stakeholders and third‑party service providers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT Services, ensuring adherence to controls and SLAs.
- Identify and mitigate IT Services risks, aligning with the bank’s change and compliance functions.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the IT Services department, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Lead IT Services projects and deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Maintain critical technology infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues with minimal disruption.
