About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Contact Team based at our office in Ashington.
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will primarily handle repair requests and occasionally more general inquiries.
Some calls may involve customers experiencing difficult situations, requiring problem-solving and excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in using various IT systems is essential.
