I am partnering with a Housing Association in the North West to recruit a Business Change Manager to lead change management initiatives across the organization.
With your experience in Business Analysis and Change Management, you'll have the freedom to shape processes, implement best practices, and foster cultural change within this progressive Housing Association.
This is a new role designed to build a team, establish governance frameworks, and influence how change is managed across the organization. You will lead and support a team of Business Analysts, guiding them confidently and encouraging new ways of working.
You will define how work is approached from project initiation to post-implementation benefits, collaborating with stakeholders and program leads on major projects such as Salesforce, Lettings, Repairs, and Process Improvements.
Your role is pivotal in preparing the organization for change and cultivating an agile, innovative team culture.
