Work closely with customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
Advising customers on product compatibility and technical solutions.
Providing accurate information on pricing, availability, discounts, and delivery.
Sourcing alternative components to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrating product knowledge across franchise and non-franchise suppliers.
Interpreting customer requirements and recommending suitable products.
Negotiating pricing with commercial awareness to protect margins.
Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
Taking ownership of your learning and contributing to team success.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.What We're Looking For
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Ideally, a degree or ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and communicate.
A methodical, detail-oriented approach to work
Proven customer service and support skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Experience in electrical engineering or distribution is a big plus
