About This Role
* Hours of work: 37 hours per week
* Working pattern: Monday-Friday
* Term weeks: Term-Time only, plus 2 weeks
* FTC term: Start date - ASAP
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have secretarial/administrative experience preferably in a school based setting.
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be competent with ICT skills including use of word (including mail merge), excel and PowerPoint.
* Be friendly and approachable.
* Be able to work as part of a team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide cover for a broad range of duties associated within the administration function in school.
* Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact, both face to face and via the phone for internal and external stakeholders.
