What You'll Be Doing
As our next Retail Account Manager, you ’ ll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone helping our customers get exactly what they need – and maybe a little more!
Your mission:
* Grow and nurture relationships with an existing customer base
* Proactively pick up the phone to generate new business through outbound calls
* Reconnect with lapsed accounts and remind them why they loved working with us
* Maximise product lines, boost profitability, and make every call count
* Work closely with a supportive B2B sales team to hit (and smash!) targets
* Help make office supply ordering smoother, smarter, and maybe even fu n
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales or account management experience
* A confident and friendly telephone manner – you're comfortable chatting with anyone
* Naturally curious, with a knack for spotting opportunities
* A team player who ’ s also self-motivated
* Bonus points if you know your way around office supplies (but not a deal-breaker!)
