Deputy Community and Leisure Manager
(Scale C, £25,186-£26, hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced candidate to join our Sport and Fitness Staff as Deputy Community and Leisure Manager for an initial period of one year.
The Deputy Community and Leisure Manager will support and assist the Community Leisure Manager in the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of the Colleges' Community and leisure facilities. The role is hands on and operational, combining management responsibilities with direct delivery on the gym floor and within the leisure and hired spaces. The postholder will oversee membership administration, customer service, staff supervision, facilities set-up, and compliance, while also supporting gym users and preparing spaces and equipment for sports group hire, classes, and community activities.
We are looking for an innovative, driven, and organised team player to work in our team and help develop future direction of the Colleges community and leisure facilities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar work place or can demonstrate required skills and experience relating to this role.
The post is available for between hours per week, which will include the requirement to work a shift pattern including evenings and weekends.
