Role Purpose
As a Technical Product Manager,Global, you will serve as a key partner to our EMEA Digital Commerce (DTC) teams, ensuring regional needs are effectively prioritized, delivered, and aligned with global product strategy.
You will manage incoming feature requests, coordinate releases across time zones, and drive execution to support EMEA& Globalinitiatives across eCommerce platforms. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and the ability tooperateeffectively in a global environment.
You will play a critical role in enabling EMEA& Globalstakeholders through efficient delivery, structured processes, and high-quality execution, while continuouslyidentifyingopportunities to improve how we work.
What You’ll Do:
1. Align EMEA DTC (eCommerce) roadmap with US/Global initiatives under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Digital Product
2. Act as a primary point of contact for EMEA& Globalstakeholders, ensuring regional requirements are clearly defined and delivered
3. Coordinate cross-timezonecollaboration between EMEA and US teams to ensure alignment and execution velocity
4. Manage intake of feature requests, prioritize work, and coordinate releases into development sprints
5. Lead UAT efforts with EMEA& Globalstakeholders and ensure successful sign-off for production releases
6. Drive release readiness, including stakeholder communication, timelines, and production validation
7. Assistin defining project scope,objectives, and technical feasibility with cross-functional teams
8. Establish andmaintaineffective project plans and communication frameworks
9. Prepare and communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
10. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for successful delivery
11. Support triage and resolution of urgent production issues, urgent production issues, including troubleshooting ecommerce order flows
12. Manage change documentation, training, and communication across teams
13. Own backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development
14. Partner with UX and engineering teams on design feasibility, reviews, and approvals
15. Leverage AI tools (., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to streamline workflows, improve documentation, and enhance backlog refinement
16. Identifyopportunities to incorporate AI-driven solutions into product processes to increase team productivity and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
17. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
18. 3+ years of experience as aTechnicalProduct Manager or similar role in a digital or technical environment
19. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
20. Experience working within Scrum teams and managing product backlogs
21. Hands-on experience managing multiple stages of the product lifecycle
22. Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS
23. Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems
24. Technical background with knowledge of software development and web/mobile technologies
25. Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
26. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
27. Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
28. Highly collaborative with a team-first mindset
29. Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to real-world product workflows (., requirements generation, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, or data analysis)
