•Taking ownership of your area and making every shift runsmoothly• Creating brilliant guest experiences throughpace, care, and consistency• Working closely with yourteam to deliver high standards every day• Supporting,coaching, and developing those around you• Beinghands-on and leading from the front when needed•Keeping standards high across service, food, or operations (roledependent)• Helping build a positive, motivated teamculture• Using feedback and insight to keep improvingwhat we do• Playing your part in driving performance,sales, or efficiency (role dependent)
