KPI & Measurement Analyst - Marketing Effectiveness

JD Sports Group PLC is a leading international multi‑channel retailer of sports, fashion and outdoor brands. This role supports the organization by defining, governing, and measuring the KPIs that underpin JD’s customer and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own KPI framework & governance across the entire customer journey, ensuring accurate data sources, measurement rules, and data pipelines.
* Conduct regular reviews of customer and marketing KPIs, identify trends, drivers and deviations, and develop performance narratives.
* Integrate insights from media, digital, CRM, retail, and brand teams to build a holistic view of marketing effectiveness and connect KPI outcomes to downstream commercial metrics.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders, create clear visualizations and support reporting cycles.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Customer Analytics, Brand Tracking, Research, CRM, Finance, Digital Product, and Retail—to align KPI inputs and support continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
* 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, digital analytics, or a similar data‑driven role.
* Strong numeracy and analytical capability, with experience working with complex datasets and multi‑source measurement.
* Hands‑on experience with Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data manipulation and visualisation.
* Strong attention to detail, commitment to accurate analysis, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
* Collaborative, confident working with multiple stakeholders across marketing, digital, retail and commercial functions.
