Personal Assistant to Chief Officer
We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Chief Officer at NHS Scotland, specifically the Argyll & Bute Health and Social Care Partnership.
Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is responsible for planning and delivering comprehensive community-based health and social care services for adults and children in the region.
Responsibilities
The role will involve:
* Providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Officer.
* Managing the office’s day‑to‑day operations and scheduling.
* Leading and coordinating a team of personal assistants, including delegation, mentoring and performance management.
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Using initiative, being responsive, forward‑thinking and displaying excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
* Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
* Previous experience in an executive‑support or managerial capacity.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
* Proactive problem‑solving and forward‑thinking attitude.
