The SCM Supply Chain O9 Planning Solution Architect will be responsible for helping drive growth, shaping, delivering and development of our Planning business focussed on O9 solutions in the UK.
Working alongside Capgemini’s team of specialists in Supply Chain planning and control, you will help to both develop our opportunity pipeline, bringing your deep expertise, knowledge, and experience in O9 solutions, as well as delivering innovative planning projects to our existing and new clients.
You will have broad capabilities in architecting O9 solutions, be it from Supply Chain Planning & Analytics to Integrated Business Planning, in several different industry sectors with diverse challenges and requirements. You should be able to demonstrate how you have steered clients in quickly understanding and then shaping their business needs into O9 solutions that drive positive outcomes. You will have delivery experience of working in large, complex, multi-stream projects and have broad awareness across a arrange of supply chain process areas.
This role is a unique chance to work with the latest that O9 has to offer as well as wider technologies including Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning & Analytics, Integrated Business Planning and Supplier Relationship Management. It will involve helping Clients renew their enterprise as they move through their transformation journeys. You will be given the opportunity of working on single or multiple project lifecycles, at any or all stages, from shaping the transformation roadmap, through to overseeing agile delivery.

Your role
1. Supporting O9 Solutions Planning sales growth targets, whilst developing and expanding our go to market strategies and approaches in the Digital Planning sector.
2. Analyse, shape and lead pursuit responses for O9 Digital planning opportunities. This will include analysing requirements, solutioning, estimating and developing winning proposals.
3. Develop trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups, key partners such as O9 and key internal groups such as industry sector leads.
4. Lead and deliver large, complex Supply Chain business transformations, with all associated responsibilities for managing large and disparately located teams of consultants.
5. Own and lead the overall O9 functional and technical solution design in line with the defined business requirements and limiting unnecessary customisation
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

6. Commitment, flexibility, thought leadership and a drive and interest to expand your knowledge in new technologies and industry focus, through training and research to develop your career within the Supply Chain Planning team and the wider Capgemini Group.
7. You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to ideate innovative Planning solutions to address their key business challenges.
8. You will have a broad depth of experience in managing teams, both on and offshore, developing and directing them to succeed both for the client and in their own objectives
9. Knowledge of the strategic direction of O9 and their related products and how to architect those into leading supply chain solutions.
10. Industry and business process knowledge in one or more of the following sectors; Aerospace and Defence, Consumer Products, Pharma or Discrete Manufacturing
