Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Hotel Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and memorable stay, while also supporting the daily operations of the hotel. This role is a breakfast shift and housekeeping role with occasional reception cover, this role could have the ability to become permanent in either of our 7 Properties.

Duties
* Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
* Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the reception area and common spaces.
* Assist with phone calls, taking reservations, and managing bookings.
* Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to enhance guest experience.
* Actively do housekeeping as directed by management.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
