What we're looking for:
Proven experience in residential lettings or property management (essential)
Highly self-motivated with a "make it happen" attitude
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Commercial awareness and a desire to develop the business
Leadership potential – ready to step up and manage a branch in the future
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating the day-to-day running of the lettings portfolio
Supporting the lettings team and ensuring compliance at every stage
Managing tenancy progressions and property maintenance
Driving new business opportunities and helping grow market share
Preparing yourself to step into leadership as the branch develops
