Your responsibilities will include driving participation in customer events, qualifying leads, and closing service deals. Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prioritize new opportunities, engage with sales professionals and prospects to develop deals for CSS.
* Maintain sufficient pipeline coverage and meet your quota each financial period.
* Sell consultatively, advising on CSS adoption and services, conducting information-gathering sessions to understand CSS's role in opportunities.
* Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives.
Candidate Profile
* Proven sales, consulting, and collaboration skills, with experience in complex sales cycles and partner engagement.
* Strong listening, understanding, and communication skills, with the ability to analyze needs and justify solutions.
* Willingness and ability to travel within Finland as required.
* A proactive, positive, self-motivated 'hunter' mentality, promoting initiative within the team.
* Security Clearance required.
