Job Description
3. Maintaining and continuously improving the company's information security framework.
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
5. Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
6. Develop risk remediation plan
7. Developing and implementing information security policies and procedures.
8. Providing training and awareness programs to staff on information security matters.
9. Reporting to senior management on security status and improvements.
10. Collaborating with other departments to ensure security compliance across the board.
11. Staying informed about latest security trends and regulations in the Life Science industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Information Security Analyst should have:
12. Related security certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CGEIT
13. Proven experience in information security management, governance and compliance
14. Global information security exposure
15. Experience in engaging with senior stakeholder up to board level
16. Comprehensive knowledge of information security standards and regulations - ISO27001, NIS2
17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
18. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical staff
