Overview
To play a key role in the development of attendance as part of whole-school improvement. The main aim is to raise student achievement through actively promoting the importance of good attendance.
Responsibilities
* Assist with overseeing the accurate inputting of data to ensure attendance coding on SIMS/Talaxy is correct and meets all deadlines
* Deal with telephone calls regarding student absence together with the subsequent follow-up
* Develop a systematic approach to chasing students who are not in school and promoting good attendance to families

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated individual who is ready to make a real difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will support the Attendance Manager and raise student achievement through actively promoting the importance of good attendance.
Qualifications
* Basic IT skills and understanding of Health & Safety regulations
* Minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Maths and English)
* Interest in 'Bringing out the Best' in every student/pupil in their learning outcomes

Training and Development
Training will be provided, so prior experience is not essential.
