We are looking for an Internal sales representative to join a busy sales team based at our Aberdeen office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, managing incoming enquiries, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the wider sales function. Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred. This position is designed for someone who has strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, confidence using all Microsoft packages and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Hours:
Full-time Monday - Thursday; 8.00 am - 5.00 pm, Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm with one-hour lunch break.

Main Duties:
Main responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
Responsibilities:
Proactively maintaining and establishing a high level of customer support to new and existing customers in compliance with the Groups Sales strategy.
Generating sales activities to promote the growth of the group in general.
Responding to and following up sales enquiries using appropriate methods and administering generally according to the group's requirements.
Keeping the stores area in an acceptable condition and always acting in compliance with the Groups Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems.
Other Duties:
Undertaking any other duties that are within the skill and capability of the individual as directed by the manager or other designated supervisors.
All tasks to be performed in compliance with the Groups Health & Safety and Quality Control systems, as well as any other applicable management systems and best practices implemented by R&M Electrical Group.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role within a similar-sized commercial organisation is essential.
Training:
Training will be delivered primarily through on-the-job learning, allowing employees to develop their skills in a real-work environment with hands-on guidance and support.
