Who are we?
HTG-UK (Health Transportation Group UK) is one of the UK's largest Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPTS) providers, carrying out over 550,000 journeys on behalf of the NHS every year. We have a total of 12 operational bases across the UK, over 800 employees and are leading the way in delivering safe, caring, high-quality patient transport.
What can you expect?
We are recruiting for a proactive and tenacious Assistant Station Manager (ASM) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ASM will report into the Station Manager and provide on the ground support to enable the Kings Lynn base to be successful in meeting KPI's, delivering an excellent service for our patients, and providing the right support for our hard-working crews.
No two days will be the same. You might be processing timesheets one day and headed out to assist with the return of a broken-down vehicle the next day. You could be running CQC audits for the base in the morning and assisting with a complex lift in the afternoon. The role is moveable depending on the pressures of the contract, and you will be agile in reacting to those pressures.
If you have experience of working in this type of environment, and you enjoy a challenge, this could be the right role for you. You would be joining us on a part time, permanent basis, working 15 hours per week across 2-days - which will be discussed at interview.
