We\'re searching for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a growing FMCG manufacturer based in Harrogate. This business has some impressive growth plans and offers exceptional training and career development opportunities.
As this is a growing team, we are searching for multiple engineers and are open to a range of engineering experience.

About You
We are looking to speak with candidates that have prior experience in a manufacturing environment within the FMCG industry, preferably food and beverage, although mechanical or electrical maintenance experience is more important.
Key Skills
* Electrical fault finding and installation/testing.
* Ability to replace set up inverters/controllers.
* Mechanical servicing and repairs – Welding/turning.
* Understanding of site services: Compressors, steam boilers, water treatment, electrical distribution.
* Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
* Understanding of network control ASi systems.
* Process control fault finding.
The Role
Your role as engineer will be to continuously monitor and report on all equipment performance, alongside maintaining and repairing plant and equipment when necessary. You will work alongside multiple departments to ensure equipment is operated in the defined manner whilst constantly contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Fault finding, repairs and maintenance on high speed, automated manufacturing machinery.
* Undertaking reactive and planned maintenance on a range of specialist and high-tech machinery, predominately Krones.
* Ensuring all engineering procedures are adhered to including Health and Safety, quality, hygiene, and general housekeeping.
* Observing, recognising, and reporting on machinery and component defects or symptoms of impending failure, escalating potential problems.
* Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major issues and communicating to the wider team.
