Quality Assurance (QA) Technologist Beeston (NG9)
Location: Beeston, Nottingham (NG9)
Salary: £13.52 per hour
Hours: 14:00 22:00 (Flexibility for 06:00 14:00 is required)

Magnus Search is currently recruiting for two Quality Assurance Technologists to join a market-leading supplier of natural, plant-based ingredients based in Beeston (NG9). This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business at the forefront of food trends, supporting the production of high-quality vegetable-based menu solutions.
Available Rotas (5 Days per Week):
Rota 1: Thursday to Monday (14:00 22:00)
Rota 2: Tuesday to Saturday (14:00 22:00)
Candidates must be flexible to cover morning shifts (06:00 14:00) when required by the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Standards: Support the Operations team to ensure quality and due diligence to food safety/GMP policies are met at all times.
QMS & Auditing: Complete periodic checks for the Quality Management System and conduct audits to drive continuous improvement.
Investigation: Lead investigations into quality incidents, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
Taste Panels: Organize and lead taste panels to monitor product quality objectively.
NPD Support: Work with the Process Development team to ensure new product launches meet agreed quality standards.
Requirements:
Certifications: HACCP Level 2 and Food Safety Level 2 are essential.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar QA/Technical role within a manufacturing environment.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
