Location: Bristol
Salary: £26,739.90 (Includes Unsocial Hours) + Excellent benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 12-hour shifts | 08:00-20:00

Job Role & Responsibilities
* Monitoring CCTV activity and images for criminal or suspicious activity
* Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients and security companies
* Updating and reporting on clients' recorded information and creating brief incident reports
* Handling and management of alarms
Required Skills & Qualities
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Keen eye for detail
* Professional telephone manner
* Commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service
* Call handling experience preferred
* Ability to multi-task effectively
* Strong teamwork skills and commitment to supporting colleagues
* Also required - 5 years worth of satisfactory references from previous employment.
