IT Support Technician - Stourbridge - MSP - £30K (DOE)
You'll be joining a well-established MSP with a close, collaborative service desk of eight IT Technicians. Known for consistently high standards of customer service, the business is continuing to grow and is looking to add another driven and enthusiastic team member to support that expansion.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Background in a service desk, on-site support, or other customer-facing IT role
* Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 OS, and Windows Server environments
* Experience administering Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and OneDrive)
* Azure AD / Entra ID administration experience
* Solid networking fundamentals, ideally with exposure to Ubiquiti UniFi, VPNs, etc.
* Demonstrable troubleshooting skills using tickets, logs, and system reports
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential):
* Virtualisation experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware
* Exposure to backup solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, or similar
