We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently and on time. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Plant Manager, with responsibility for a team of supervisors, team leaders and specialists (5–8 direct reports).
As the business continues to grow, you'll play a critical part in shaping long-term planning, improving performance and building a resilient, future‑focused supply chain.
Job Requirements
Lead mid‑ and long‑term capacity planning based on customer demand and sales forecasts
Provide early visibility of risks to customer care and sales teams
Work closely with suppliers and partners to resolve constraints and maintain flow
Own monthly SIOP reviews, ensuring clarity of demand, inventory and supply
Optimise inventory through effective MRP parameter management
Drive decisions on supply plans with plant leadership
Escalate and resolve critical issues around capacity or supplier constraints
Oversee supply chain operations including warehouse and dispatch
Support continuous improvement, people development and quality collaboration
What Your Background Should Look Like
Extensive experience in supply chain optimisation and planning (8+ years)
Proven people leader with 5+ years managing teams of 10–15
Strong background in aerospace manufacturing
Expertise in high mix, low volume environments
Skilled in long-term capacity planning and data-driven decision making
SAP ERP experience is essential
Experience purchasing across a global supply base
Familiarity with warehouse and dispatch operations
Confident leading teams through complex operational challenges
