A highly respected production and project delivery business is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a global chocolate brand.
This is a dedicated, senior-level role focused on the delivery of high-profile events, exhibitions and experiential environments, where quality, precision and reliability genuinely matter. You will act as the trusted point of contact for the client, ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly, on time and to brand.
You'll be a huge fan of huge, impressive exhibition builds but able to project manage the impressive whilst keeping an eye on the budget and logistics to deliver successful activations.
This role would suit someone who enjoys operating at a senior level without stepping away from hands-on delivery, owning projects end to end while being the calm, credible lead when it counts.
The role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of complex projects across events, exhibitions and branded environments, acting as the first point of escalation and a key partner to the client.
You will oversee production, suppliers and logistics, ensuring every detail is managed with care and commercial awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning end to end delivery of high value events and exhibition projects
* Acting as the senior client contact and building trusted long-term relationships
* Managing suppliers, production partners and installation schedules
* Overseeing budgets, spend and margin, driving efficiencies where possible
* Ensuring quality, accuracy and brand standards are met at every stage
* Supporting and guiding Project Managers where required
* Proactively managing risk, timelines and problem solving under pressure
* Travelling Internationally to quality check the exhibition builds ahead of launch
About you
You will be an experienced Senior Project Manager who is comfortable operating in fast paced, live environments where delivery is everything.
You are likely to have:
* Strong experience in events, exhibitions, experiential, retail or production led projects
* A background in agency, production, print, display or build environments
* Proven client facing experience at a senior level
* Confidence managing multiple suppliers and complex logistics
* A calm, organised approach, even under tight deadlines
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
