Lloret Control Systems Ltd is a leading specialist in the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced Building Management System (BMS) controls, delivering projects across a wide range of commercial and industrial environments.
Role Description
We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage Lloret maintenance PPM contract base including the addition of manned sites with potentially additional large contracts in future months.
The candidate will be the liaison between Lloret and our clients, building on existing, and creating new, strong relationships. The role is client facing and customer focused, we are looking for a personable account manager dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
This role will be based in our head office in Coulsdon but with regular travel to client sites which are predominantly in the centre of London.
Key Responsibilities
* Contract retention, including negotiating and issuing contract renewal proposals
* Business growth with existing and new contracts and clients
* Providing quotations for additional works
* Resolving with client queries
* Identify opportunities for upgrades and enhancements
* Responding to clients in a timely manner
* Customer Service – provide support to the clients when required, carry out regular site visits to get feedback on our service, answer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner, and offer guidance on products and services where required
The Candidate
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience required
* Building Management System industry experience is required
* Strong written and verbal communication and planning skills
* Organisational skills and attention to detail are a key requirement
* Experience in all Microsoft Office Apps is essential
* Flexibility to attend meetings and attend various locations
