As one of our Services Assistants, you’ll be one of our Christmas Champions that provides the very best shopping experience for our customers.
Eligibility: You must be at least the school-leaving age in your country. If shifts cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age. You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

What you’ll be doing
* Always being on hand to serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks or petrol stations, assisting with questions and proactively offering help
* Picking and selecting high-quality products on the shop floor for customers using on-demand grocery ordering and assisting with Click & Collect parcels
* Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
* Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising
* Working flexibly across the store as needed
