Principal Employment Rights Solicitor
A Principal Employment Rights Solicitor with extensive Employment experience is required to work with a leading team working upon elite employment claims matters across a wide range of sectors.
The role presents technically challenging employment cases often on behalf of professionals at the top of their profession. Whilst the role has a small number of elite files, there will be the requirement to guide other lawyers in the team on their cases whilst managing the firm-wide implementation of strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying training needs and requirements
2. Management of fee earners
3. Managing performance
The team handles a wide range of Employment law cases including but not limited to: disability discrimination, sex discrimination (direct and indirect), pregnancy discrimination, discrimination with lasting harm, equal pay, worker status, harassment, redundancy, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and negotiating settlements.
Excellent career opportunity to Partnership level available for the right candidate. The role is a hybrid opportunity with a degree of flexibility around the number of days in the office in Birmingham.
The role will suit an experienced Senior Employment Rights Lawyer with an extensive Employment law background, people management experience, and a desire to act on behalf of and ensure justice for clients within disputes with employers and at contentious Employment Tribunals, High Court, or Supreme Court.
Salary dependent upon experience: £75,000 to £85,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
