Job Title\: Early Careers and Skills Development Coach Location: Samlesbury. Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for developing learners through the design and delivery of structured experiential programmes within an Engineering background, alongside formal training and education, as part of a blended learning approach that drives vocational excellence. You will provide exceptional pastoral support throughout the learner journey, from recruitment through to successful completion of training. Core duties: Facilitating the delivery of effective Early Careers programmes Monitoring and assessing learners against relevant standards in support of them attaining occupational competence Coaching, developing and inspiring learners to achieve their full potential and become autonomous employees Providing and monitoring effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes Ensuring safety and quality standards are embedded in all activities Essential Skills: Skilled professional with a track record of occupational competence and ccupational competence within given sector with a relevant qualification at Level 3, or equivalent Experience within an engineering background such as Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Fitting or Toolmaking Proven experience of working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders Experience coaching and supporting learners The Early Careers Manufacturing and Engineering Team: As part of this role you will be a key part of the Early Careers team where you will get the opportunity to engage, motivate, and inspire learners to reach their full potential and enhance their skills. You will ensure the highest levels of quality and safety across all learning activities, while also contributing to curriculum design and the development of training materials to continuously improve the learning experience.
