Role Overview: To be an effective Assistant Store Manager, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team. Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in managing and motivating the team, stepping in to cover store duties as needed.
* Create an environment focused on excellent customer service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes in a safe, operationally efficient, and commercial setting.
* Work hands-on with operational and commercial activities alongside your team.
* Ensure clear and accurate communication to meet business needs.
