Roles and Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets, develop team skills, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee store profitability, operations, and staff management, including coaching, hiring, and disciplinary actions. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
Primary Responsibilities
* Maximize store profits
* Coach and develop staff
* Hire, train, and discipline employees
* Manage store operations and scheduling
* Lead customer interactions and role plays to ensure service quality
* Maintain company policies and community engagement
* Work 45-50 hours weekly and lift up to 25 pounds
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
* Proven coaching and employee development skills
* Strong sales and customer management abilities
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays
* Proficiency with computers and wireless equipment
