We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our office in East Midlands Gateway. Our aim is to ensure sustainable profitability and to create a business environment which enables our employees to prosper. How you create impact
* Efficiently process bookings from clients and overseas agents onto the system.
* Provide operational support for the Freight Account Managers when required.
* Liaise with all relevant parties throughout the shipment to organise the movement of goods.
* Deal with any issues that may arise during a shipment and ensure the client and/or Freight Account Manager is updated.
* Process sales and purchase invoices of the branch.
* Work at all times to enable and develop a team culture.
* Complete any reasonable task requested by your supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
* Aid in the completion of other departmental work as needed to ensure efficiency and customer service.
