Salary: £24,823 + shift allowance (30% / 20% / 50%)
Shift Patterns
12 hour shifts. Days: 7am-7pm Nights: 7pm-7am
Front End: Back End:
Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue Wed, Thu, Fri
Sun, Mon, Tue Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate specialist tools and equipment within the semiconductor FAB
2. Work in a controlled cleanroom environment and follow cleanroom protocols
3. Adhere to detailed manufacturing specifications, operating procedures, and quality standards
4. Complete accurate data entries for tool and process documentation
5. Escalate concerns to senior operators or team leaders as required
6. Follow all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) requirements
