What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full lifecycle of Customer Authority RFCs
* Leading and coordinating technical, project, and PMO teams
* Ensuring RFCs move efficiently through the Change Impacting process in line with governance
* Acting as a key liaison with the Customer Authority
* Providing clear communication, accurate reporting, and progress visibility
* Reviewing and assuring the quality of impact assessments and deliverables
* Driving continuous improvement across Change Impacting processes
Your Experience & Skills
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience within change management, project delivery, or service governance
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Confidence in reviewing, assuring, and challenging deliverables
* Experience supporting or leading major bid management activities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* SC Security Clearance (required)
