We’re looking for a talented CFD Engineer to join our multi‑disciplinary Aerodynamics group. You will help deliver and evolve the team’s CFD capability by enhancing existing tools and developing new methodologies that directly support aerodynamic performance.
Working across aerodynamics, software, and process development, you will help build accurate, efficient, and robust CFD solutions for day‑to‑day aerodynamic development.
* Develop and improve CFD processes to increase predictive accuracy, robustness, and efficiency
* Collaborate with Aerodynamicists and CFD engineers to maintain a responsive, fit‑for‑purpose workflow
* Contribute to external aero, internal flows, thermal modelling, and process automation
* Support end‑users to ensure tools function effectively
* Contribute to day‑to‑day technical development and continuous improvement of the CFD group
Requirements

What do you need to bring to the team?
* Degree in Aerospace, Motorsport, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline with Aerodynamics/CFD focus
* 2+ years’ experience in a relevant motorsport CFD role
* Strong grounding in fluid dynamics, numerical methods, and turbulence modeling
* Ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality work under tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical stakeholders
* Experience with commercial/open‑source CFD solvers
* Experience developing automated workflows or optimisation pipelines
