Do you love meeting new people? Would you enjoy providing the best customer service to enhance our guests experience? For our front of house operation, we are looking for Hospitality Team Member Apprentices toserve food and beverages to our customers, take payments, clear tables, replenish sauces etc. You will be given full training and complete a nationally recognised qualification working alongside our experienced team.
If you have experience in Hospitality then that’s great, but it isn’t essential. What is needed is the willingness to learn whilst gaining practical skills and a commitment to achieving your Apprenticeship.
We are offering a 30-hour contact with flexible hours over a 7-day period (some late shifts may be required).
We are looking to pay an Apprentice wage of £8.00 to start with but this will be reviewed every 12 weeks and will increase dependant on performance (See scale below). This job is not 9-5 but has massive rewards and developmental opportunities for the right candidate.
Scale of Apprentice Pay
Second 12 week block...£8.50 (dependant on satisfactory completion of first block)
Third 12 week block……£9.00 (dependant on satisfactory completion of second block)
Fourth 12 week block…£10.00 (dependant on satisfactory completion of third block)
On successful completion of the course it will enable the candidate to apply for a full-time position within the company with a strong chance of permanent employment.

Entry requirements
Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Grade 4) is desirable however we can provide Functional Skills as part of your development plan.
Experience within Hospitality is desirable.

Training to be provided
You will be supported by an assessor throughout your apprenticeship.
As you progress through your apprenticeship your duties and responsibilities will alter as you develop the skills for a successful career in hospitality and catering.
Training will be a mix of face to face and online learning.
You will gain either Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification or Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship Qualification.
Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.
Things to consider
Hospitality roles can be physically demanding with prolonged periods of time on your feet.This is a full time role which will require flexibility with hours over a 7 day period (some late shifts maybe required - please check transport links). Contracted hours will be 30 pw. Candidates must be 17+ due to licensing laws. Start as soon as possible.
