We have a brand-new role for a Sales Trainer (Manager) to join their team. In this role, you will deliver induction training for new starters, and by improving their product knowledge and ensuring the team delivers outstanding and consistent customer service across all their sites (while meeting regulatory standards) you will continue to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience training successful outbound telesales teams and will have a proven ability to inspire and motivate those they train.
Responsibilities
* Standardise sales pitches, call structures, and KPIs to boost consistency and performance
* Design and deliver training for new and existing products and processes in line with company targets
* Collaborate with managers on call monitoring, performance reviews, and regular touchpoints
* Promote a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of best practices
* Some travel required to various offices as and when required to deliver and follow up on training (although this is likely to be a combination of virtual training also).
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Experience in sales training in a B2B environment
* Proven track record of driving performance and meeting targets
* Experienced in developing training and ongoing development plans
* Proficient in CRM systems and training platforms
The successful candidate can look forward to designing and shaping this role from the start and there will be further opportunities to progress in this expanding business.
Basic c£30-£40k, OTE c£45-£50k with bonuses.
This role could also be based out of our clients Glasgow, Blackpool or Sleaford offices.
