Learning Support Assistant – Trafford, Manchester
Location: Trafford, Greater Manchester
Pay: £89.33 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

We’re on the lookout for a caring, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Trafford. Whether you’ve worked in a classroom before or have experience supporting young people in other settings, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups, especially those who need a bit of extra help
* Helping the teacher in class and making sure every pupil feels included and supported
* Encouraging children to stay focused and feel confident in their learning
* Being a friendly, reliable presence for students who may find school a bit tricky sometimes
We’re looking for someone who:
* Enjoys working with children and young people
* Is patient, positive, and ready to get stuck in
* Can build good relationships with students and staff
* Has some experience with special educational needs (like autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs) – but full training can be given
