Reporting to senior leaders across Customer, Supply Chain, and Partnerships, the Commercial Manager will lead and manage a variety of commercial activities. This includes negotiating and delivering contracts aligned with business strategy, managing commercial risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the commercial function of a newly formed business, contributing to governance, training, and the development of contract templates and guidance. This is a collaborative role where supporting and sharing your experience with junior colleagues is key to our team culture and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Lead contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and management with third parties including suppliers, customers, partners, and government entities. Contribute to commercial strategy and pricing, including contract models, payment structures, and risk allocation. Support the development and maturity of the commercial function, including governance, processes, and training. Interface with internal stakeholders across all levels of the business, influencing and supporting decision-making. Present commercial information in compelling formats to stakeholders, including formal communications.
