JOB TITLE: Soft Services Supervisor
REPORTING TO: Soft Services Manager
LOCATION: Princes Square
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 47 hours per week
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Sunday Rota Basis
PAY RATE: £ per hour increasing to £ following successful probationary period.
Applicants must possess SIA DS/SG and CCTV licences.
ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to join our team. Reporting directly
to the Soft Services Manager, as Soft Services Supervisor, you will support the Soft Services Manager in
delivering the highest standards of security, cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other
contractual tasks at our client's sites. You will also be required to supervise the team on shift to ensure
they are carrying out tasks as required and to a high standard and directing them to reactive issues as they
present themselves. You will also be asked to provide customer service to public and support with fire and
evacuation procedures.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ordering of cleaning supplies and materials, (products which are re-ordered on a regular basis. Any
new orders are to be discussed)
• Ensuring lost property is taken to the police office and the file is up to date.
• Staff toolbox talks are being carried out and documented.
• Site specific refresher training, emergency procedures.
• Oversee site specific forms are being completed on a monthly or weekly basis, such as Fire
extinguisher checks, first aid kit checks, Storage Rack Check, compactor checklist, ext.
• In the absence of the SSM organise reactive staff cover in the event of staff absence.
• Support SSM with day to day management of Security, Cleaning and Maintenance teams.
• In the absence of SMM support with Recruitment, onboarding, TMG, Timesheets, Payroll, Staff
Return to Work, making changes to staff duties.
