Residential Conveyancer | Dorset | £40k - £60k + bonus | Free Parking | Progression (Partnership)
Responsibilities
* Manage matters from start to finish, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property (both registered and unregistered).
* Handle plot sales, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages, and easements.
* Support available as needed, but maintain autonomy to run your own files and develop your practice.
* Additional specialist work such as option agreements and conditional contracts may be involved.
* Operate in a permanent, office-based role with hybrid working options; contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and long-term partnership goals.
Qualifications and Skills
* Ideally 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer).
* Solid technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to manage a busy caseload independently, and a client-focused, commercially aware approach.
