A rapidly expanding civils and groundwork company in Stafford is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the operations team with maintaining accurate project data on the internal project management system Re-Flow. You will play a key role in ensuring all project and contract data is accurately recorded, maintained, and reported, ensuring the smooth running of operations and timely delivery of projects. The role involves liaising closely with project managers, site teams and the commercial department to ensure that information flows smoothly between the office and site. As the Contracts Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: * Maintain and update project and contract information on the internal project management system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Support the set-up on new projects, including job details, drawings, method statements and risk assessments. * Monitor and track job progress and completion status, generating and distributing regular progress reports for management review. * Collate and upload site reports, photographs, timesheets, delivery notes, and other documentation. * Assist in the preparation and issue of order acknowledgements and other contractual documents as directed. * Support compliance with company procedures, health and safety documentation, and quality standards. * Provide general administrative support to the Contracts and Commercial teams as required. The Contracts Administrator will have the following skills and experience: * Proven administrative experience, ideally within construction, civil engineering or groundworks. * Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. * Strong IT skills with experience in data entry and digital management systems. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience using Re-Flow (or similar field/project management software). Training can be provided. * Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Understanding of contract administration processes (e.g. subcontract order, variations, documentation control) would be a distinct advantage. You will be working Monday to Friday, from the office in Stafford. Appointment will be subject to right to work checks and satisfactory references.
