The Role
As a Client Services Executive, you will act as the link between prospective clients and specialist departments across the business.
You'll be responsible for managing new enquiries, gathering key information, assessing client requirements and ensuring enquiries are directed efficiently to the most appropriate team.
No two days are the same. You'll interact with clients across multiple communication channels, provide guidance and support, and help ensure the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients across a variety of communication channels.
* Handle incoming enquiries professionally, empathetically and efficiently.
* Gather and accurately record client and enquiry information.
* Assess enquiries and direct them to the appropriate specialist teams.
* Support client onboarding and administrative processes.
* Assist with identity verification and compliance checks.
* Maintain accurate records using internal case management systems.
* Build a strong understanding of the organisation's services and departments.
* Manage workloads effectively to ensure service standards and response times are consistently achieved.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to provide an outstanding client experience.
