Contracts Manager – we are working on behalf of a growing and ambitious contractor seeking an experienced professional Contracts Manager to join their team based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for the Contracts Manager to work on high-end residential projects, overseeing 2–4 live projects at any one time. The role is office-based with regular site visits, taking responsibility for overseeing Site Managers, ensuring programmes, quality, and budgets are delivered to a high standard.

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus
