This close knit team oversee 23 bedrooms across the main house and converted barns on site, all to a 5 star hotel offering.
You will be working alongside a Housekeeping Manager that has been on site for a while, with amazing reviews to her name. With her you will be overseeing the main house, converted barn – as well as the wedding venue – this will also mean assisting with Breakfast set up for guests in the dining room in the main building.
What’s involved?
As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all accommodation facilities.
You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations, overseeing the housekeeping team, and ensuring all areas are maintained to impeccable standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, managing inventory of linens, towels, and ensuring all health and safety protocols are strictly followed. You will also be involved in the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and support to maintain a pristine and luxurious environment for all guests.
