Job Title: Energy Management Support Officer
To develop, design, and maintain new and existing IT tools supporting the Directorate and its energy management processes, utilizing tools such as Office, SharePoint, and manual systems.
Assist the Trust's Energy Manager in providing energy and utility management services across all Trust sites (owned or leased) and any future estate under Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Maintain effective systems for monitoring and targeting site energy and utility consumption across the Trust. Provide advice and support to the Directorate's Energy Manager to help meet energy and mandatory emissions targets.
Develop and support delivery of energy/utility awareness and reduction programs among staff.
Conduct benchmarking at least annually, utilizing tools such as model hospital data, quality improvement waste reduction, and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure the needs of our customers are met.
Provide efficient administrative support related to energy management to the Energy Manager and the wider Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) teams.
Perform other administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the Directorate's energy management systems and services.
