We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 38‑bed residential care home supporting elderly residents and individuals living with dementia. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compassionate, person‑centred care while maintaining strong regulatory compliance and strong team leadership.

About the Role
* Lead the day‑to‑day management of the care home
* Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations
* Recruit, develop, and support the care and leadership team
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and quality care delivery
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Oversee staff training, rotas, and operational performance
* Drive continuous improvement across quality, compliance, and service delivery
Requirements
* Previous Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience within a residential care home
* Experience supporting elderly residents and dementia care
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
* Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Passion for high‑quality, person‑centred care
