Collection and Network Driver – Uckfield Delivery Office (TN22 1XX). Job Reference: 330797. Location: Uckfield Delivery Office, TN22 1XX. Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 37 hours per week, 5 days across Mon-Sun, between 12:00 and 20:00.

What You Do
As a Collections and Network Driver, you are part of a team of drivers delivering across the local community. You’ll be responsible for more than driving and deliveries:
* Check post-boxes and visit post offices
* Visit business customers at prearranged times
* Collect mail and drop it off at processing centres
* Sort mailbags and ensure each piece reaches the right place at the right time
* Deliver much more than letters and parcels – you deliver for the people

* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
What We Do For You
* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours over 40 per week
* 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours) and the option to buy extra leave each year

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
