🌟 Service Leader (Level 2) – Sefton / Bootle Area
💼 Full-time | 🕘 Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm | 🚗 Driving license and own transport required
We’re looking for a caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader to join our management team, overseeing 2–3 supported living services in the Sefton/Bootle area.
🔑 Your Role
13. 👥 Lead and support a team of Support Workers
14. 🏠 Help people live independently in their own homes
15. 📋 Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
16. 🎯 Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
17. 🧠 Understand and manage challenging behaviours
18. 🧑🤝🧑 Recruit, train, and supervise staff
✅ What You’ll Need
19. 🎓 NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
20. 🧩 Experience in social care & service management
21. 📚 Knowledge of regulations and best practices
22. 🚘 Full UK driving license & access to a car
